This policy covers centricle.com, the portfolio website of Kevin Smith / Centricle LLC, based in Ocean Pines, Maryland. Individual products (mileweave.us, whoami.fyi, etc.) maintain their own privacy policies specific to their data practices.
What this site does
centricle.com is a personal portfolio. It showcases projects, provides a contact form, and links to individual product sites. It does not require accounts, collect passwords, or store personal data in a database.
Information we collect
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are processed by Netlify Forms and delivered to us via email. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use this site. GA4 collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, traffic sources, and general location (country/region). Google Analytics uses cookies. See Google's privacy policy for details on how Google processes this data.
Server logs
Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically collects standard server log information including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are managed by Netlify per their privacy policy.

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Analytics data is retained per Google's default retention settings (14 months).
Your rights
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold (primarily contact form submissions) by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
